Thank you for purchasing your Brown Book. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.thebrownbook.com.au(‘the website) and the purchase of goods from it. The website is owned and operated by Vision Trends Pty Ltd

Shipping

Your purchase will be sent to you boxed and via Australia Post Service within Austrailia at a flat rate of $A6.50 per single book and $159.50 for a box of ten. 

Once an order has been placed it will be dispatched to you within 3-5 working days from the date of order placement.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. Prices are all correct at time of publication but are subject to change without notice

Returns

We hope that you love everything that you buy, however if you have a change of mind the following returns policy will apply; Goods must be returned via Australia Post Platinum Service. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.  We will not issue a credit note unless the products are in a saleable condition upon return. For exchanges, you must include a pre-addressed Australia Post Platinum express envelope. All returned products must be;

   1. Unused, unopened and in original condition
   2. Undamaged
   3. Returned to us within 14 days of delivery

In the event of a return by you we will issue you with a credit for 100% of your purchase price less shipping costs. You will pay the delivery costs of the return to The Brown Book and re delivery of any replacement product.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

You may return good damaged in transit or faulty goods within 10 days of receipt. Any faulty products will be assessed by the manufacturer before replacement and you warrant that you will abide by the manufacturers assessment.

Privacy

We respect your right to personal privicy. No information supplied by you to Vision Trends Pty Ltd will be forwarded to any other parties. Credit card details will not be kept online.
